Hey, do you guys ship to India?
Thanks, mate!
I think it would be cool if there was a decibel meter next to the keyboard. I say this because I was finally told off by one of my coworkers for using a WASD keyboard with brown switches, so I'm wondering if the Silent Red switches are any quieter? As the name suggests they definitely should sound quieter, but It would be good to quantify it so I can feel more confident spending $200+ on something that I can't return.
Silent switches in general are definitely quieter/muted than non-silent version. Since they have built-in rubber on the switch's stem for reducing sound, but in exchange, the typing experience may be "sluggish". I highly recommend it if you want a switch that is quiet enough for office working or using at home (especially at night).
I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER GETTING A BLUE SWITCH ONE. I DIE EVERY TIME I PRESS A KEY
Are there any plans to release a wireless version of your keyboards?
Where can i get the o rings?
Bjzsdcjhbsdgcuc can,dnkjsdvebjsdviub sdlkvhfisoddvkjhedsi (my bad)
Anyone who is using non silent switches makes a crime against humanity
Bro idk if I like the cherry clear or brown omg
removing the keycaps is the easy part.. putting larger keys back is the complicated part
nailing my head! =)
Maybe Apple is right ... move away from the sound of a hundred mini hammers to soft pillows.
Why the fuck are blues a thing? They are literally scratching the inside of my ear and brain with every press.
you’re all alone, bud
Realy
I wont buy another board. These stabilizers are crap.

MX Blues are like the black licorice of switches

idk bro
My ears are screaming from the pain of mx switches
These all sound terrible, why would you put this much effort into keyboards and stick to this kind of crap
Never gets old 💽😎💽
Do you know what Sinatraa is using? Red Blue Brown?
THANK YOU SO MUCH I NEEDED THIS. I'm new to mechanical keyboards and honestly I'm not looking to build one, I just didn't know which switch to pick when buying online. I needed this so much. It's perfect. Thank you.
Sub to the OSPDY channel. In one month...I will release a video that will expose the true history of keyboard communities.
Wait, mod-m is Korean version keyboard,
You can put any layout you want on your keyboard
@@wasdkeyboards interesting
Just so you know your stereo balance is off by 3 increments to the right. I had to adjust my headphones to increase the left ear.
cherry sucks
Hi person who is reading this, do you know if mx cherry speed silver is better than the mx cherry red? I'm not too sure which one I should pick, I was thinking to choose reds because I don't only game I also type too!
Hello, there is no "better" switch unfortunately, it's all preference to what you feel is best for your particular typing style and what you enjoy most. I recommend picking up a switch tester so you can get a feel for all of the switches we offer: www.wasdkeyboards.com/wasd-9-key-cherry-mx-switch-tester.html
Noice
can you acctually type instead of just hitting the keyboard
It's actually quite hard to type without touching the keyboard physically, maybe in the metaverse?
I wonder which one of these sounds closest to a breadbin Commodore 64?
i cannot be the only person here that noticed for the cherry mx clear he had his z and y caps swapped
It's a German ISO layout: "QWERTZ" - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTZ
@@wasdkeyboards thank you for thaet information as i have just been enlightened
@@spenserspadiett5877 No problem 👍
Gee, thanks for showing everything **but** the actually difficult step… For everyone who, like me, finds this video while looking how to actually assemble the whole thing: The trick is to remove the plate mounted clips and assemble everything (clips, spring, inserts, key) away from the keyboard, then insert the clips and then carefully push the keycap onto the key-pin. Although you probably want to practice inserting the clips without the rest connected to them first like shown in the video, because that does require a surprising amount of force (even with the screwdriver as a lever) and precision. If your key gets sticky after that double-check the inserts' orientations: They usually aren't perfectly symmetrical. Make sure they both point in the same direction and, if the key still gets stuck, point them in the other direction then the one you tried at first.
Thank you. We will be making a new video on how to do this soon, this video was made long before we had 'flat' stab bars, we've also moved over to cherry style so this video is not applicable to our boards anymore, but we will still make a video to help others that have them.
@@wasdkeyboards Where is the new video?
You the real hero
@wasdkeyboards got that new video ready yet?
This makes some things clear, like don't install o-rings on silent switches. It will just be a waste of time.
I think I’d rather use a membrane keyboard rn
love these sounds
so hollow
The greens sound amazing
not gonna lie i dont hear a difference with or without o rings.
